根据《人事部关于高级职务任职资格评审委员会有关问题的通知》（人职发[1992]5号）和《资深翻译和一级翻译专业资格（水平）评价办法（试行）》（人社部发[2011]51号）pokerstars亚洲版，受国家人力资源和社会保障部委托pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，我局牵头组建全国翻译系列高级职称评审委员会pokerstars亚洲版，负责开展全国范围的翻译系列高级职称评审工作。为做好2018年翻译系列各级别职称评审工作，现就有关事宜通知如下：
一pokerstars亚洲版、资格取得方式
根据《翻译专业资格（水平）考试暂行规定》和《资深翻译和一级翻译专业资格（水平）评价办法（试行）》pokerstars亚洲版，各省pokerstars亚洲版、自治区pokerstars亚洲版、直辖市和国务院有关部门pokerstars亚洲版、中央管理的企业不再进行翻译系列英pokerstars亚洲版、法pokerstars亚洲版、日pokerstars亚洲版、俄pokerstars亚洲版、德pokerstars亚洲版、西班牙pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、阿拉伯等7个语种助理翻译、翻译pokerstars亚洲版、副译审pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、译审任职资格的评审pokerstars亚洲版。
各语种各级别取得资格方式如下：
二pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、申报条件
（一）参评人员
符合条件的翻译专业技术人员pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
（二）委托评审要求
申报高级职称须由省部级人事（职改）部门或具备高级职称评审权的地市级人事（职改）部门进行委托；高校申报人员需由高校所在地具备高级职称评审权的地方人事（职改）部门或具备高级职称评审权的高校人事（职改）部门进行委托pokerstars亚洲版。
申报中级职称由地市级人事（职改）部门或具备中级职称评审权的县级人事（职改）部门进行委托。
（三）一级翻译资格（水平）考试成绩
申请一级翻译评审者必须先参加一级翻译专业资格考试，且成绩达到国家统一确定的考试合格标准pokerstars亚洲版。
（四）学历及任职年限
1、正高职称（资深翻译pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、译审）
具有大学本科及以上学历pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，并符合下列条件之一：
?pokerstars亚洲版。?）具备翻译系列副高职称满5年pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
?。?）具备其它专业副高职称pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，并从事翻译工作（履行翻译副高职称职责）满4年pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，且与原专业副高职称任职时间累计满7年pokerstars亚洲版；
okerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。?）具备其他专业副高级职称pokerstars亚洲版，已按规定转评为翻译系列副高职称并从事翻译工作满3年，且与原专业副高职称任职时间累计满5年pokerstars亚洲版；
?pokerstars亚洲版。?）具有其它专业正高职称且从事翻译工作（履行翻译正高职称职责）满1年。
2pokerstars亚洲版、副高职称（一级翻译：英、法pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、日pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、俄pokerstars亚洲版、德pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、西班牙pokerstars亚洲版、阿拉伯语）
申报翻译系列副高职称（一级翻译）者参加翻译专业资格考试（一级），并达到国家合格分数线后pokerstars亚洲版，同时具备下列条件之一：
?。?）取得相关专业博士学位证书后pokerstars亚洲版，具备翻译系列中级职称满2年pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版；
?pokerstars亚洲版。?）取得相关专业硕士学位证书后pokerstars亚洲版，具备翻译系列中级职称满3年pokerstars亚洲版；
okerstars亚洲版。?）取得相关专业双学士学位证书或研究生班毕业证书后，具备翻译系列中级职称满4年；
okerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。?）取得相关专业大学本科学历或学位证书后pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，具备翻译系列中级职称满5年pokerstars亚洲版；
上述相关专业指翻译专业、外语专业等专业pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。取得非相关专业上述学历或学位证书pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，具备翻译系列中级职称后的年限相应增加2年。
3、副高职称（副译审：除英pokerstars亚洲版、法、日pokerstars亚洲版、俄pokerstars亚洲版、德、西班牙pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、阿拉伯语以外的语种）
取得大学本科及以上学历（学位）后，并符合下列条件之一：
?。?）具备翻译系列中级职称满5年pokerstars亚洲版；
?。?）取得博士学位后pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，具备翻译系列中级职称满2年；
okerstars亚洲版。?）具备其它专业中级职称满7年pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，并从事翻译工作（履行翻译中级职称职责）满5年pokerstars亚洲版；
?pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。?）具备其他专业副高职称并从事翻译工作（履行翻译副高职称职责）满１年pokerstars亚洲版。
4、中级职称（翻译：除英pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、法pokerstars亚洲版、日pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、俄pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、德pokerstars亚洲版、西班牙、阿拉伯语以外的语种）
符合下列条件之一：
?pokerstars亚洲版。?）具备翻译系列初级职称满4年pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版；
okerstars亚洲版。?）取得博士学位pokerstars亚洲版；
okerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。?）取得硕士学位后，具备翻译系列初级职称满2年pokerstars亚洲版；
okerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。?）取得研究生班结业证或第二学位后pokerstars亚洲版，具备翻译系列初级职称满3年pokerstars亚洲版。
5pokerstars亚洲版、中级职称（二级翻译：英pokerstars亚洲版、法pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、日pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、俄pokerstars亚洲版、德pokerstars亚洲版、西班牙pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、阿拉伯语）
根据《翻译专业资格（水平）考试暂行规定》（人发[2003]21号）pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，取得二级口译或笔译翻译专业资格证书pokerstars亚洲版，并同时满足下列条件之一者pokerstars亚洲版，具备翻译系列中级职称pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，不需再进行评审pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，用人单位可根据需要直接聘任相应职务pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
?pokerstars亚洲版。?）具备翻译系列初级职称满4年；
?pokerstars亚洲版。?）取得博士学位pokerstars亚洲版；
?pokerstars亚洲版。?）取得硕士学位后pokerstars亚洲版，具备翻译系列初级职称满2年pokerstars亚洲版；
okerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。?）取得研究生班结业证或第二学位后pokerstars亚洲版，具备翻译系列初级职称满3年pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
6pokerstars亚洲版、初级职称
具备下列条件之一，不经评审pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，由用人单位根据岗位需求和申报人员工作表现pokerstars亚洲版，聘任翻译系列初级职务pokerstars亚洲版。
okerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。?）取得硕士学位、研究生班结业证书或第二学位证书者pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版；
okerstars亚洲版。?）取得学士学位或大学本科毕业后，从事翻译工作满1年pokerstars亚洲版；
okerstars亚洲版。?）大学专科毕业后pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，连续从事翻译工作满3年。
对英pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、法pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、日pokerstars亚洲版、俄、德、西班牙pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、阿拉伯语等国家实行统一考试的专业技术人员pokerstars亚洲版，用人单位也可根据本单位情况pokerstars亚洲版，要求其参加翻译专业资格考试pokerstars亚洲版，并具备三级翻译专业资格证书后，再认定其具备初级职称。

okerstars亚洲版。?strong>五）破格条件要求
对翻译专业工作业绩突出pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、成果显著pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，但不具备相应学历、工作经历等基本条件的人员pokerstars亚洲版，可放宽学历要求和任职年限要求pokerstars亚洲版，破格申报高一级专业技术职称。破格申报须同时具备下列条件：
1、有较强的事业心和工作责任感,能够出色地完成各项工作任务pokerstars亚洲版；任现职以来pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，在年度考核中两年达到优秀或相当于优秀等次。
2、在工作质量pokerstars亚洲版、数量pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、业务水平等方面都已超过或达到了申报级别专业技术职务所要求的条件,并出版过有学术价值的著作(译著)pokerstars亚洲版、论文(译文)或其他相关作品pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
3pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、在业务工作中获得过省pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、部级及以上的奖项pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
4pokerstars亚洲版、业务水平得到同行的认可pokerstars亚洲版，须提供两名同行正高级专家的推荐意见pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
破格申报人员须根据上述条件由委托单位出具破格申报报告pokerstars亚洲版，并附相关材料证明。
申报人所在?pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。ú浚┘度耸拢ㄖ案模┎棵庞邢喙仄聘裎募?，经所在?pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。ú浚┘度耸拢ㄖ案模┎棵磐夂?pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，可按本?。ú浚┫喙匚募聘裆瓯╬okerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
（六）答辩要求
答辩方式包括现场答辩pokerstars亚洲版、远程音视频答辩等方式pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
以下情况之一必须进行答辩：
1pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、破格申报者pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版；
2、评委会认为需要进行答辩的申报者pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版；
3pokerstars亚洲版、对于工作年限刚满的申报人员和上一年申报评审未通过今年又重新申报的人员将进行抽查答辩pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
（七）公示及发证
评审结束后pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，将通过中国外文局官网pokerstars亚洲版、中国外文局职改办微信公众号进行公示pokerstars亚洲版，公示期为7个工作日pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
经公示无异议后pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，将颁发相应级别资格证书pokerstars亚洲版，证书全国范围有效pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
（八）不得申报人员
近3年内存在以下情况的人员不得申报：违反国家法律、法规，受到司法机关查处的直接责任人员pokerstars亚洲版；涉及重要案件尚未定案的人员pokerstars亚洲版；在职称评审或职业资格考试中作弊的人员pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版；重大质量事故的责任者pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
三、申报材料要求
材料报送采用电子版报送和纸质版报送相结合的方式pokerstars亚洲版。
下文“(一)单位提供材料”pokerstars亚洲版、“(二)资格材料”中第1项、“(三)业绩材料”中第5项用纸质版方式报送。请按顺序将纸质版材料装入一个大信封（或档案袋）中，在袋面粘贴统一格式的《个人信息简表》（附件一）pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
其他材料采用电子版方式报送。电子版内容存储为两个文件夹，资格材料和业绩材料各放入一个文件夹，分别命名为“***资格材料”、“***业绩材料”pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。电子版材料请严格按照下文中规定格式和文件命名报送pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，因未按规定格式报送造成材料不可用影响评审的pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，由申报人自行负责。

1pokerstars亚洲版、《委托评审函》1份pokerstars亚洲版，一个单位有多人参加评审的pokerstars亚洲版，出具1份委托函。由符合前文“申报条件”中“委托评审要求”的单位出具pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
函中应注明委托评审人员的姓名pokerstars亚洲版、拟评审职务pokerstars亚洲版、委托单位的通讯地址pokerstars亚洲版、邮政编码（可以进行机要交换的请注明交换号）pokerstars亚洲版、联系人姓名及电话pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
2、破格申报人员须提供《破格申报报告》（需加盖单位公章）1份。
（二）资格材料
共5项pokerstars亚洲版。其中，第1项采用纸质版报送pokerstars亚洲版，第2-5项资格材料提供电子版（保存为jpg格式文件）pokerstars亚洲版。各申报单位人事（职改）部门要对电子版材料进行审核pokerstars亚洲版，并填写《电子材料审核表》（附件二）pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，由负责人签字后加盖公章方为有效pokerstars亚洲版。
1pokerstars亚洲版、《专业技术职务任职资格评审表》每人一式2份pokerstars亚洲版。
该表由国家或各地人力资源和社会保障部门统一制发。如个人制作电子版评审表，需严格按照本表原件内容制作pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
“年度及任职期满考核结果”栏目要求有申报人员近三年以来各年度业务考核结果即考核等级pokerstars亚洲版，并加盖单位公章pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
2pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、电子版1寸白底证件照1张pokerstars亚洲版。格式为jpg格式pokerstars亚洲版、像素295X413，尺寸20.5cmX3.5cmpokerstars亚洲版，大小约10K。
3、身份证扫描件pokerstars亚洲版。
4、学历证书或学位证书扫描件。
5、证明现职称的证书扫描件。
（三）业绩材料
共6项。第1项《评审简表》需在单位盖章后再扫描（保存为1个.pdf格式文件）；第2-4项材料采用电子版方式报送pokerstars亚洲版；第5项材料采用纸质版方式报送pokerstars亚洲版；第6项为重复申报者采用电子版报送pokerstars亚洲版。
电子版格式要求：中文字体仿宋_GB2312 、字号大小三号pokerstars亚洲版、行距1.5倍，文件命名为“***个人自传”pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。外文字体Times New Roman pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、字号大小16号pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版；行距1.5倍pokerstars亚洲版；文件命名为“***心得体会”pokerstars亚洲版。
1pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、《评审简表》（附件三）
格式要求：盖章后扫描pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，扫描件按顺序合成1个pdf文件pokerstars亚洲版，文件名为“***评审简表”pokerstars亚洲版。
2pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、代表本人翻译水平的译文原稿节选
中译外和外译中各1份pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。中外对照pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，每份字数限制在2000字以内（以原语字数计算）pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，超过2000字的将由我办随机节取2000字作为评审材料。扫描件按顺序合成1个pdf文件，文件名为“***译文节选”pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
3、《个人业务自传》（用中文或所申报语种撰写均可）
业务自传主要内容为：限3000字内pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，简述个人业务成长经过；近5年来的主要业务成就pokerstars亚洲版。
4、翻译从业心得体会（用所申报语种撰写）
不少于3000字，结合所从事的工作领域谈翻译工作的心得体会pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
此项也可提交个人关于翻译理论研究的论文pokerstars亚洲版、论著等1份（扫描为1个pdf文件）pokerstars亚洲版。
5、业绩成果
须为任现职以来发表的作品pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，中外对照pokerstars亚洲版，按照原文在前pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，译文在后的顺序装订。与人合译的要注明本人所译章节pokerstars亚洲版。
申报正高职称（资深翻译pokerstars亚洲版、译审）：
笔译申报者，需提供下列一项业绩成果的材料：

?pokerstars亚洲版。?）审定稿量在30万字以上的单位证明及译文3篇pokerstars亚洲版；
?。?）在正式出版社出版的pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、有统一书号(ISBN)的pokerstars亚洲版、各不少于10万字的译著或者翻译理论研究著作2部（对书中未注明参评人撰写章节的译著pokerstars亚洲版，须由该出版社出具有关证明pokerstars亚洲版，注明参评人所译章节）；
?。?）在国内统一刊号的报纸、期刊上或者在国际统一刊号的国外报纸、期刊上发表的独立完成的译文pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，累计不少于20万字pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
口译申报者pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，需同时提供下列材料：
?。?）承担重要谈判或者国际会议等口译任务30场以上的场次目录和服务方证明pokerstars亚洲版；
?pokerstars亚洲版。?）不少于3场的口译现场录音材料pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
申报副高职称（一级翻译、副译审）：
笔译申报者pokerstars亚洲版，需同时提供下列材料：

?pokerstars亚洲版。?）译著1部或译文3篇pokerstars亚洲版。

?。?）由服务方出具的在正式场合不少于100场次的口译工作量证明（需附明细）pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版；

申报中级职称（翻译）人员提供译文1-3篇。
申报人提供的上述译著pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、译文如未公开发表pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，须由人事（职改）部门审核，证明为本人所著pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版、所译pokerstars亚洲版，并加盖单位公章pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版。
6、过去一年的工作总结（此项仅由上次评审未通过人员提交）
申报人对过去一年的工作pokerstars亚洲版，尤其是提升翻译水平、增加翻译业绩的工作进行总结。限3000字内。
四pokerstars亚洲版、注意事项
?。ㄒ唬└鞯厍?pokerstars亚洲版、各部门要对参评人员的材料进行认真审查pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版pokerstars亚洲版，要求申报人员提供任现职以来的业绩成果pokerstars亚洲版。电子版材料须刻录到一张光盘或一个新U盘上pokerstars亚洲版，与纸质材料一并报送。
请确保所提交的电子版材料清晰、可复制pokerstars亚洲版。因材料不清晰导致评审不通过，由申报人自行负责。申报人应严格按本通知中所要求的数量提供材料pokerstars亚洲版，超过数量的由中国外文局职改办随机节选作为参评材料。
